Here is the interview transcript of Praveenchand who got AIR 64 in UPSC CSE 2018. I saw his profile on quora. He is a very calm and down-to-earth person. Here, I just copy pasted his article. In his words-
I have given 3 attempts in UPSC Civil Services. In all the three attempts I was able to make it to interview stages, in last two attempts I also made it to final list ( 512 rank in 2017, 64 rank in 2018)

During my 2018 interview I was interviewed by Prof. Manoj Soni Sir Board.
Overall my interview experience was very good. Board had asked me diverse questions ranging from my place of living to governance to international affairs. I always thoroughly enjoyed the process of UPSC interview, right from preparation to the actual day of interview. Because, interview has helped to look inward and improve my personality.
